1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Neon Wireless. By accessing our hotspot network or purchasing any of our internet plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not connect to or use our network.

2. Service Provision

Neon Wireless provides high-speed internet access powered by satellite and fiber-optic infrastructure. We strive to maintain continuous and high-quality service; however, network speeds and availability may vary based on weather, location, and technical factors. Service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Purchases and Payments

All data plans, vouchers, and wallet top-ups are processed securely via Paystack. Plans are purchased for personal or business use on a pre-paid basis. Vouchers generated upon payment authorize internet access on our captive portal page. Once a voucher is activated or data is consumed, refunds are not typically provided unless required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our network for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: downloading or distributing illegal content, committing cyber fraud, engaging in network attacks, or attempting to bypass network authorization systems. We reserve the right to revoke access or delete vouchers immediately without refund for violations of this policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Neon Wireless, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our internet service, including but not limited to loss of business, data loss, or system downtime.
